Testimonials
Dear David,
Just a short note to voice my appreciation and make some observations
about the Marketing Consulting you provided me during 1997.
As I am a graduate of both the Phil Broyles Top-producer System
and the Xerox Sales training I can honestly say you provided
a unique approach to my business. Your emphasis on the "building
of credibility" from outside sources, target marketing
and the help in managing and training my assistant was invaluable.
I feel your ongoing input as a both client and a consultant
was one of the reasons I reached the Associate Vice President
Title last year. Your extensive experience in marketing and
as a business owner was evident in your good ideas which have
influenced my success.
I am this year focusing on the markets you outlined and look
for another 40% jump in revenue and assets in the year 1998.
Dear Mr. Sweet,
I’m writing this letter to thank you for the time you
spent with me this spring. As you remember, I was faced with
a number of tough choices as to what direction I should take
my real estate business. Your review of my choices proved to
be very insightful and now looking back proved to be very helpful
in choosing the right path of action. Sometimes we are just
too close to the issues and it helps to have someone who can
look everything over and give you a fresh look especially at
things you hadn’t considered. Because of your review and
recommendations, I now have 3 new contracts to develop real
estate both in Washington state and most recently in New Hampshire.
Thanks again.
To Any Prospective Associate Of David Sweet,
David Sweet has served as my personal coach for the past year.
Throughout my retention of his services David has displayed
a multi-disciplinary business acumen, a principle centered business
ethic, and a results-oriented drive to cultivate success. David
also has exhibited a rare quality common only to the most successful
people - the ability to succinctly assess the strengths and
weaknesses of his subjects and find creative ways to nurture
better performance. His insightful understanding of the strategic,
tactical, and psychological issues of real estate brokerage
management has been particularly helpful to me in the past year.
Our production is up 20% and we are currently the most prolific
branch in the John L. Scott Network per capita with an average
of 14 transactions per agent for each of our 40 agents, and
closed volume jumping from 58 million dollars to nearly 79 million
dollars in a one year period.
I offer an unqualified recommendation to anyone who is considering
retaining David’s services.

Re: Letter of recommendation for Dave Sweet’s Advanced
Sales Seminar
Five years ago I moved to the Northwest to start my own seminar
and consulting business. I teach business people how to manage
and communicate.
I hired many people to market me. These people believed in what
I was trying to do but they did not sell my services. One day
I was bemoaning my situation to Dave Sweet. Dave suggested I
enroll in his Advanced Sales Seminar. I thought "Why not,
I’ve tried everything else."
Dave convinced me I had to do my own marketing. He taught me
an honest system of approaching people and selling them on my
services.
Dave taught me the "4 P’s" that motivate people
to buy. He made me practice until I had the skills down, and
followed up with daily phone calls to see how I was doing and
offer more advice. In the first three months after completing
this training I was making more money than in the past two years
combined.
I recommend his Advanced Sales Seminar without reservation.
